Seth I. Rosenberg is a personal-injury trial lawyer with Emergent LLP, specializing in representing plaintiffs in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings. Seth has obtained jury verdicts, arbitration awards, and settlements for his clients totaling tens of millions of dollars. Seth successfully represents clients in all types of personal-injury cases, though he possesses a unique speciality in representing special-needs children injured due to the negligence of school districts and their employees.

In 2018, Seth was lead trial counsel against world-famous Electronic Dance Music D.J., Skrillex, wherein Skrillex’s stage dive resulted in a catastrophic stroke to his client. After a five-week trial, a Los Angeles jury reached a $4.5 million verdict, nearly five times Defendants last pre-trial offer;
In 2016, Seth was lead counsel on matters that resolved for $2,800,000 and $1,000,000;
In 2013, Seth resolved a case against BART involving a young girl who had her foot caught in a BART escalator. As a result of this case, BART put new warnings on its escalators system-wide; and
In 2013, Seth was lead counsel in a matter that settled for $4,300,000, the #14 largest reported motor-vehicle settlement in the State of California in 2013.
Seth has been selected as a Northern California Super Lawyer every year since 2013 (2013-2019).
Seth was admitted to the California Bar in 2001 and is also admitted to practice in the United States District Courts in the Northern and Central Districts of California.
